[Q1] How does the search facility on the website work?

You can use the search facility on our website to search for any spare, accessory or product that is listed in our online database. Simply enter your search criteria in the 'Search For' box at the top right and press 'Go'  - Please restrict to single words ONLY.
E.g. If you are searching for parts for the "Kenwood A701A" then enter "A701A" in the search box and then click 'Go' and this will list all the relevant parts which exist in our online database.

[Q2] I can't find a spare part on the website, can you source it for me?

Yes, in-fact we can source most spare parts and accessories including some obsolete parts. Due to the large number of spares we can source, it's difficult to list them all on our website so we only list the most popular ones. If you would like us to source a part/accessory for you, please send us your query by CLICKING HERE where you can supply us with the requested information and we will get back to you, usually within 48 hours.


[Q3] My Basket always shows as empty. Why is this?

Our store's system needs to place a small amount of data on your computer to identify you as a customer and to 'remember' your selected items. This data packet is called a 'COOKIE'. If your browser is set to a high privacy settings, or to disallow cookies, the shopping basket feature will not work. [Q4] I've found a product on the website, how do I place an order?

You can either place the order online or through the 'Contact Us' form.

Online:

  1. Find the product(s) you are looking for on the website
  2. Add the product(s) to the basket - Please Note: 'Cookies' must be enabled in your browser for the Shopping Basket to work.
  3. Click on 'View Basket' in the Shopping Basket Box on the right
  4. Review your order and press 'Continue'
  5. If you are an existing customer enter your login details. If you are a new customer press 'Register and Continue'
  6. Type in your details and then press 'Submit & Continue'
  7. A summary of your order will appear along with an invoice address, billing address and shipping options. Press 'Continue'
  8. Select either 'Paypal' or 'Pay by Credit/Debit Card' and then 'Continue'
    • Selecting 'Paypal' will take you to Paypal's website where you can make your payment through your Paypal account
    • Selecting 'Pay by Credit/Debit Card' will take to HSBC's online secure epayments site where you can safely enter your payment card details (Please Note: We cannot take payment by MAESTRO through this channel)

[Q7] How do you use my personal details?

Any information you provide us with is used ONLY to fulfil your order. we will never pass on any of your details to another organisation that does not directly deal with your purchase from us or sell them on. You value your privacy - so do we.


[Q8] What is your policy for returning goods?

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please keep ALL packing materials (including the box) and contact us immediately so that we can file a claim for the damage. We will make arrangements for you to receive a replacement item.

If you wish to return an item that is defective, please contact us within three days of receiving the item preferably through email. Returns are only accepted for defective merchandise in the original boxes.

All our products have a 15 day money back Guarantee. If you need to return your products for any reason within the 15 days, please call us for prior authorisation. Then ship the item back with your receipt in the original packaging, and we will refund your purchase price. Refunds for returns will cover price of the product. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges. Returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties, and packaging in the same condition in which it was received. Returns not meeting these conditions will be subject to a repackaging fee of 20% of the price paid for the product. Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to a restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. If an order has shipped, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order per this return policy. Orders that are refused at the designated delivery address may incur a 20% repackaging fee.
