All prices, descriptions and details on this website are deemed to be correct at the time of writing, but due to the nature of the business and the frequency of updates, discrepancies may occur. We reserve the right to change any details at any time.

All spare parts remain the property of Belstar Electrics until paid for in full.

If a part has been sent incorrectly as a result of an error on our part then you will be offered a full refund or a replacement.

All parts and spares are subject to the manufacturer's guarantee. All returns are subject to the manufacturer's inspection of the faulty component and proof of purchase is required. Also note that in order to accept a faulty part back we must be certain that the part was fitted by a competent engineer and that the fault did not occur due to incorrect installation. In this instance no refund or replacement part will be made available.

Once a fault has been determined a replacement part will be issued at no cost. All parts are guaranteed for a period of three months from date of despatch.

All online transactions are processed securely and safely through PAYPAL.

We send all post by Royal Mail. Once a part(s) have left our premises it is up to Royal Mail to deliver the said part(s). We will not be held responsible for loss or damages caused by Royal Mail or The Post Office.

All parts and spares on our website are new and unused. We do not sell second hand parts and spares advertised as new.

5. Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item that is defective, please contact us within three days of receiving the item, ideally through email or c'ontact us' form. Returns are only accepted for defective merchandise in the original boxes.

All our spare parts have a 15 day money back Guarantee. If you need to return your products for any reason within the 15 days, please call us for prior authorisation. Then ship the item back with your receipt in the original packaging, and we will refund your purchase price. Refunds for returns will cover price of the product. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges.

Returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties, and packaging in the same condition in which it was received. Returns not meeting these conditions will be subject to a repackaging fee of 20% of the price paid for the product.

Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to a restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. If an order has shipped, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order per this return policy. Orders that are refused at the designated delivery address may incur a 25% restocking fee.

6. Restricted access

Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID or password.
