Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. We normally ship within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday mostly via Royal Mail standard service for deliveries within the UK (delivery normally takes 2-3 working days from dispatch, but have to allow upto 15 working days in case of any delays)
If goods are returned to us because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.

Orders for delivery to within the UK are sent by Royal Mail 24HR service and normally takes around 1-3 working days for delivery but can take longer due to delays in the postal system such as severe weather, postal strikes, etc.
If you wish to return an item that is defective, please contact us within three days of receiving the item, ideally through email or via the 'CONTACT US' form on our website.
All our spare parts except for ordered in items (* see below) have a 15 day money back Guarantee. If you need to return your products for any reason within the 15 day period, please email us for prior authorisation. Then ship the item back with your receipt in the original packaging, and we will refund your purchase price only if the product received is in a re-saleable condition. Refund for returns will cover the cost of the product only. Refund will not be made for any shipping and handling charges.
* Ordered in items are normally NON-RETURNABLE - these items are marked as "Availability : 3-4 WEEKS" or "Availability : 7-10 DAYS" on the product details page. Please contact us via the CONTACT US page if you need to return any ordered in items and we will handle each case on an individual basis.
Returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties, and packaging in the same condition in which it was received. Returns not meeting these conditions will be subject to a repackaging fee of 20% of the price paid for the product.
Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to a restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. If an order has shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order as per this return policy. Orders that are refused at the designated delivery address may incur a 20% restocking fee.
